Groundworks & New Build

SAR Property Development were appointed the main contractor to complete major groundworks at Calcott Hall, Sturry, Canterbury, Kent.

In addition, a complete internal and external renovation of an the unfinished Plot 1 new build was undertaken to bring the property to market.
